Dear Home Office,
I applied for Tier2 dependent visa on October 2017 and due to the overlapping period between my previous visa and the new visa, I have paid £700 for IHS instead of £600.
It has been more than 7 weeks since I received my new Tier2 dependent visa, however I have not yet received the refund from the caseworker. Can you please help me to check the progress?

Dear FOI Requests,
I have not yet received the response, can you please review my case please?
Looks to me that the system should be fixed, it is so easy to pay all the IHS fees when applying for visa, but it seems impossible to get IHS refund back, I was told by home office officer that there is no email or contact number to talk to my case worker, the only way is to write a physical letter, which I did 2 month ago, but still no reply...
