Dear Middlesbrough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Middlesbrough Council's handling of my FOI request 'IFPI/BPI Funding'.

Having made a request under FOI on 30th November, Middlesbrough Council acknowledged that they were obliged to respond swiftly and certainly within 20 days.

They did not respond swiftly and did not even respond within 20 days. In fact, following their acknowledgement of my request, I have heard nothing at all.
