Dear Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust's handling of my FOI request 'Identification of Adults with Asperger syndrome/High Functioning Autism'.
I am concerned that this request is now almost a month overdue and despite your letter dated 8th November stating an anticipated response by 18th November I still await an answer. I am very concerned that it is taking this long to gather a response to my request as I would have expected that this information would be centrally collected in order for HPFT to know the level and type of service they would need to provide. It is very concerning that this information is not to hand as it is about people who are some of the most vulnerable in our society.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,
Ann Griffin

request regarding the identification of adults with Asperger Syndrome/High

Please accept my apologies for the unfortunate delay, which as I explained
in my letter of the 8 November 2012, is due to the increased volume and
complexity of the requests being received.
I have been unable to locate a telephone number to call you to discuss
your request for an internal review regarding the handling of your request
so it would be much appreciated if you could contact me on the telephone
number below.
Yours sincerely
