Dear FOI,
Thank you so much for Sending the CD with the iBus Announcements
I've received the CD and have look threw the announcements and noticed that some of them hardly work. They seem long to load and never end up playing I have managed to get a few to play, but it seems like not all seem to want to. So I was wondering if you were able to help me with this.

Yours sincerely,

Joshua Ulysses

(Sorry just a re edit of my previous message with a little more detail)
Dear FOI,
I have received your CD of iBus announcements on it and i have really grateful for this, I'd just like to point out though there is a few issues with it, Here I have some screen shots of the audio images the CD provides on some of the announcements compared to the others.

http://prntscr.com/ah5q97 - This shows that the announcements are working nicely and no issue with them
http://prntscr.com/ah5q73 - this shows the the announcements haven't loaded and they seem not to play or load at all.

If you could help me on this that would be really great! Thanks Anyways for the CD dos the announcements are absolutely amazing.

Yours sincerely,

Joshua Ulysses

Dear FOI,
I've recently accidently misplaced the iBus CD that was sent to me a while ago, as I am visually impaired I was not able to find it among other blank CD's I have. I am writing to find out if it is possible to send me a replacement CD as I am unable to find it. Also could this CD have the most recent iBus Announcements that are currently in use (if possible) I am sure you still have my address inside ya database history. Also if you can, could you write the name iBus CD on the actual CD so I am able to identify the CD so i don't loose it again. lol

thanks you for your time in reading this message.

Yours sincerely,

Joshua Ulysses
