How many patients who achieve reliable recovery during a course of IAPT treatment are contacted for a 6 month follow-up after treatment, and with what results?

Thank you for your Freedom of Information request.
We are now in a 'Level Four' emergency situation with regard to the COVID
pandemic, therefore, please be aware that we are dealing with your
request, however, there may be delays due to the effect on our Services.
We will make every effort and are endeavouring to respond to requests
(that do not impact on COVID Information / Clinical areas / Human
Resources and Finance) within the 20 working days of receipt.
Due to these ongoing current operational pressures, there may still be
some delays if the request relates to certain other teams that are
involved heavily in Covid-19 tasks.
Please note, due to staff working from home, requests delivered by post
will not be processed before Covid-19 movement restrictions are fully
