Dear Public Health England, Can you confirm if "Rt Hon" Iain Duncan Smith has had any direct communication with PHE regarding the setting up of a "National Treatment Board". Which was his recommendation in 2010, in relation to his role at Centre for "social justice".
Can you confirm if Mr IDS has had any input to drug alcohol policy in England and can I access any of Mr Smiths recommendations. For example he has been quoted as being against FRANK about drugs taking any "progressive or harm reduction led direction" in 2010. Can you guide "signpost" me to any official documents that would contain Mr Duncan Smith's input in the drug and alcohol policy "landscape" between 2010-16 ?
