Dear Kent County Council,

I would like a copy of the school transport terms and conditions for transport operators . As it is Covid-19 I would like to know whether school contracts have been cancelled and whether the council will still be paying the operator for services under retention if the schools were to go back before the end of the school year. And if payment is made to the operator how much of a percentage
