• What was your agency spend in 2018 and do you have a predicted spend in 2019? If you could be specific to the Accounts and HR teams that would be preferable.
• What recruitment framework are you part of and what agencies do you use?

A1: 2 x part time members of staff (1.5 whole-time equivalent (wte)) plus administrative support from the administrative team
Q2• Can you provide an organisational chart for this team?

Q3• How many members of staff are in your HR & Recruitment team?
A3: 1 x part time member of staff (0.4 wte) with administrative support of 1 day per week

A5: Nil spend for Accounts and HR Team
Q6• What recruitment framework are you part of and what agencies do you use?
A6: Not applicable, we are not part of a recruitment framework. We have not used Agency staff for Finance or HR in the last 12 months.
