I am enquiring whether Theo Investments were invoiced by Mr Kevin Renshaw of Ebc for urgent repairs and securing of 120-112 Bath St Ilkeston.

We're waiting for Joseph Cahill to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Erewash Borough Council,
I refer to former WIGFALLS Tv Shop at 110-112 Bath St Ilkeston. I reported to the Dangerous buildings Dept at EBC when I was informed youths were taking under age girls into this derelict building. I have repeatedly informed the London Owner about squatters but he seems disinterested. I have emailed Kevin Renshaw several times asking whether the costs of Ebc securing and making safe this building were invoiced to Theo Investments and whether the debt to our council had been settled. I have received no reply and that is why I make this request. It is not idle curiosity. It is because a stated identical case in another council area where the landlord failed to reimburse the council for work they did to make a building safe, resulted in the council being able to compulsory purchase the said building in order to recover costs. This building has been derelict for many years and is a blight on the town and it periodically endangers passers by.

Yours faithfully,
Joe Cahill
MBE LLB
