Roedd y cais yn llwyddiannus.

Dear Department of Justice (Northern Ireland),

Per Judge operating in Magistrates Courts across Northern Ireland, can you tell me how many hybrid cases have been moved to the Crown Court to be tried as an indictable offence please every year for the past five years?

I would like the figures for each year broken down please, with a figure for the list of all judges with the power to decide whether a case is tried at Magistrates/ Crown.

Yours faithfully,

Shauna Corr
