Dear Mr Townsend,
Thank you for your Freedom of Information request dated 18 December 2019, which has been handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).
Your request and our response are as follows:
1. How many joiners, movers, and leavers do you process per year?
Response: We have approximately 900-1,000 starters per year and approximately 700-800 leavers per year. We do not currently hold any records on internal staff movements.
2. How many staff/whole time equivalents manage this process?
Response: Approximately 9 WTEs (recruitment and ESR teams).
3. Do you have an automated system to manage ESR?
4. Do you use a single sign on solution across the organisation to manage the accounts?
4a. If so, which solution do you have?
Response: Please see the answer given above.
5. How many people are in your organisation's data quality team?
Response: Within the DQ Team there is 0.8 WTE. However, in addition to the central team, data quality tasks are carried out by a number of teams within the organisation.
