Dear Freedom of Information team,

Thank you for reviewing my questions and reaching out for clarification.
If you have the figures for 01JAN19-31JAN19, accepting we've only just passed the new year, that would be great.
If easier to access and provide, I would be happy with the '18'19 financial year figures.
If either of these time periods are subject to unusual fluctuations such as caused by mergers or separation of services, could you provide the information for a year period before the event took place.

Dear Freedom of Information team,

Thanks for offering me the opportunity to respond to your queries.

"Could you please clarify what you mean by a mover (internal within this trust, from another trust etc)"
- Movers relates to those who are already within your employ but are changing roles - no net change to the organisation staff counts. My understanding now is there a number of collaborations and shared teams in action throughout the NHS which can complicate the response somewhat.
From the responses received so far, they suggest that some "Leave" the staff member and "Join" them once again in their new role, others simply change their role within the existing staff record. The different approaches understandably change the numbers offered, and I can work with with either approach. If there is a challenge in quantifying the movers, I would be happy with just the joiners and leavers figures.
