Dear Northern Ireland Council for the Curriculum, Examinations and Assessment,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Northern Ireland Council for the Curriculum, Examinations and Assessment's handling of my FOI request 'HSE Staff Survey report 2016'.

Given that CCEA described the HSE staff survey at numerous chief executive briefings as 'report' that would be released once approved by the board then it is my opinion this should be released.

Indeed, the HSE themselves state: 'You would needto speak to senior management within the CCEA as the report has been handed over to them' when an enquiry was made directly.

Has CCEA labelled this report as research in order to block its release to staff and the general public who should have trust in their examinations board.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/h...

Yours faithfully,

John Cope
