As per the Freedom of Information legislation a response is due today (29 December). A date was provided in our acknowledgement email, attached.

Buckinghamshire Council is aware of its statutory responsibility under the Freedom of Information Act and the Environmental Information Regulations and we work hard to ensure we meet the requirements of the Act/Regulations. Good afternoon

Can you please confirm what you wish us to review so this can be investigated.

ICO guidance states 'Under the Act, most public authorities may take up to 20 working days to respond, counting the first working day after the request is received as the first day. Working day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays and bank holidays'.

Our records show we received the request the request on 29 November. The first working day after the request was received 30 November. A response was provided on 29 December.
