Thank you for your further queries. I can confirm that Government
Expenditure & Revenue Scotland (GERS) uses the same methodology for High
Speed 2 as HM Treasury’s Country and Regional Analysis publication. As
such, the figures you quote show the current spending for High Speed 2 in
GERS.
