Gwrthodwyd y cais gan National Grid plc.

Dear National Grid plc,

I understand that HS2 Ltd have secured a Connection Agreement to supply electricity for the HS2 project. This clearly falls within the EIR.

Could you please provide a copy of the Agreement? If you choose to refuse to supply the whole agreement then please supply the key details, including average load, maximum load, supply points, date Agreement signed, length of validity & any constraints on the supply.

What is the area of land needed for National Grid equipment at each supply point up to the HS2 connection boundary?

If the Agreement only relates to Phase One of the HS2 project, are discussions in progress regarding Agreements for other phases of the project?

Yours faithfully,

J Marriott
