Richard Mitchell

Dear Great Yarmouth Borough Council,

Please could you tell me how many pop up campsites or how many campsites working under club exemptions you have in your district? Can you also tell me how many have completed a HRA regulation assessment under regulation 77 of the habitat and species regulations.
Thank you

Yours faithfully,

Dear Mr Mitchell

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 – INFORMATION REQUEST – FOI-2122-145

Your request for information has now been considered and the information requested is below. I apologise that this response is late.

Please could you tell me how many pop up campsites or how many campsites working under club exemptions you have in your district?

There are no pop up campsites in the borough.

There are 28 caravanning/camp sites (that are non-residential) however we do not hold information about operating under club exemptions. Please see our website at www.visitgreatyarmouth.co.uk/where-to-st... for more details.

Can you also tell me how many have completed a HRA regulation assessment under regulation 77 of the habitat and species regulations.

Since 2019 one site has been required to pay the HRA.

The answers supplied in response to your request are for your personal use.
