HR and Workforce Development Audit Reports

I would like to appeal the decision not to provide copies of the HR and Workforce Development Audit Reports on the basis that these contain sensitive personal information that would breach the Data Protection Act.  I would ask that you replace sensitive personal information such as names and employee numbers with some kind of reference in order to prevent a breach of the Data Protection Act and to ensure full understanding and clarity of the information in the reports.

Also, please advise when was the last time Corporate Training was audited prior to November 2014 and when the next HR audit will take place.
