Dear Orbit Housing Association,

Can you please state in monetary value the overspend on service charges for the Howbury development for all properties you own; including affordable/social rent and shared ownership.

I would like this listed in detail for each individual property/block of flats you own/rent stating the following:

- What the over spend was in pounds in each home/flats?
- Where the over spend was?
- What the cause of the overspend was?
- What provisions are being put in for each area to ensure residents are not hit with a charge at the end of the 20/21 financial year
- What is your maintenance plan for the development over 20/21 financial year

I would also like you to confirm are those property occupiers renting from yourself (social housing) paying the same service charges as shared ownership occupiers.

If not can you please provide in monetary value and broken down in detail what the differences in payment between someone fully renting and someone whose in shared ownership with yourselves and justification for this.

Yours faithfully,

Andrew Isaac
