Sir John Bradshaw

Dear London Fire Commissioner (London Fire Brigade),

How was the fire extinguished in the 223 fires in tower blocks in London since 2014. Was Compartmentation helpful in containing the fire untill it was put out or burnt out. How many had pvcu windows burn immediately by catching on fire. Did the fanning of the fire with the air coming in gut the flat. How many deaths and serious injuries were a result of the fire. What was the cause of the fires. Why has the audit by LFB of rebuilding works on Glenfell tower and the other tower blocks including Balfron Tower, not mention the rebuilding of the walls with pvcu?

How many deaths from fires that had pvcu windows that burst when heated by the flames and caught fire, letting in the air to gut the flat and kill the occupants before they could escape.

How many fires filled the escape route cutting off the safe exiting of the occupants. How many died without a clear path to the exit door and Safety.

How many times were the rest of the High Rise tenants evacuated and how many times were they told to stay put.

Please show me your audit of the walls being rebuilt in the bedrooms facing East in Balfron over 20 years ago.

How was it allowed to be built, killing 72 people in Glenfell tower, as their safe walls were rebuilt out of pvcu too.

How many other high rise buildings have had new windows fitted made out of pvcu.

Who decided not to call the police for prosecution of the housing officers for Aggrivated Criminal Damage facing them with the rest of their lives behind bars as the victims lived were cut short?

How many prosecutions in relation to the 223 fires in tower blocks since 2014 were due to the LFB informing the police that building regulations Part B Fire Safety tables have been breached?

Yours faithfully,
Sir John Bradshaw

London Fire Commissioner (London Fire Brigade)

Dear London Fire Commissioner (London Fire Brigade),

I have received it. Breaching compartmentation is a big problem.

Balfron Tower Developments LLP have breached the compartmentation of 147 flats in Balfron Tower. It will be to late when all the flats are sold to do your audit

Please do it now before any deaths occur.
