Georgina Lawson

Dear South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust,

Please treat this email as a request for information under the
Freedom of Information Act.

I would like a breakdown of the amount of money spent by the Trust on Reiki and Homeopathy treatments for the financial year 2011-2012.

The Holistic Centre website http://www.holisticcancercarecentre.org....
states that "Trained practitioners provide these therapies free of charge" (site accessed on 13/05/13). Are any other staffing costs (salary, expenses, etc) incurred as a result of providing this service? Are administrative, managerial, clerical or cleaning staff working at the centre employed by the Trust?

This breakdown should include all associated and ancillary costs, e.g., cost of heating and lighting for treatment rooms, cost of IT provision, cost of marketing and promotional materials (including website costs).

Please interpret my request in the broadest possible terms. If you
have any doubt as to whether any information falls within the scope
of my request, please assume that it does and include it in your
response.

Please supply the information by email in electronic format in
either Adobe Portable Document Format (pdf) or Microsoft Word .doc
or .docx format.

I would be grateful if you would acknowledge receipt by return.

Yours faithfully,

Georgina Lawson
