How many reports couldn't be investigated when reported

Dear Children’s Commissioner for Wales,
When reporting to yourself or another member from December 2015-may 2017 how cases couldn't you investigate because either.
1. Couldn't get involved while in the family arenas
2. Was unable to help families repotting abuse by local authorities within the foster care placement.
3. Failed to notify appropriate public bodies and members of parliament after reports were reported to Sally Holland and Beverly.
4. Failed to protect a child/children in placement after being told and sent evidence of baby removed at birth on the risk of future harm from hospitals and suffering/sustaining injuries on a few occasions and denied medical treatment by local authorities.
5. How many complaints were received with regards to children being injured in the placement of foster care.
6. How many investigations were launched into local authorities in wales with regards to the inconsistencies of children and failings in local authorities after being reported to the child commission (where files were not written out) .
7. How many cases were taken to the Welsh government/assembly or parliament.

QUESTION FROM CCFW: Please could you clarify what is meant by ‘reporting to yourself or another member’?

QUESTIONS FROM CCFW: Please could you clarify what is meant by ‘failed to notify’ and please clarify which reports you are requesting details about? Please could you clarify who Beverly is?
