submitted by you. I hope you don't mind but we have collated the

1. How many people are currently suspended from Westerton Library due to
fines?

2.How many loans have been requested at Westerton Library for books or
other materials that have not been available there and have therefore been
requested to be transferred from other Libraries in any given recent 12
month period? What percentage of loans at Westerton Library are transfer
requests in any given recent 12 month period? Can you please give us the
same percentage of transfer requests for the same 12 month period at
Bearsden Library?

3.How many loans have been made in Westerton library in May and August
2019 compared to May and August 2017?

If you are dissatisfied with our response you are entitled to require EDLC
to review its decision. In order for a review to take place you must:
? Lodge a written requirement for a review within 40 working days of the
date of this letter
? Include a correspondence address and a description of the original
