I am completing some research about family and parenting assessment. I would like to know
how many PAMS assessment have been completed in 2014,2015,2016,2017
how many PAMS assessment have been commissioned by independent social workers in 2014,2015,2016,2017
How many Blackpool staff have completed PAMs training in 2014,2015,2016,2017

This is because the cost of locating and retrieving the information exceeds the ‘appropriate limit’ as stated in the Freedom of Information (Fees and Appropriate Limit) Regulations 2004. In accordance with s.17 of the Act this letter acts as a Refusal Notice for numbers of assessments completed.
