How many non-residential properties used for temporary accommodation?

The request was successful.

Dear Leicester City Council,

How many properties that aren't owned by Leicester City Council but are being used by Leicester City Council for the provision of temporary accommodation are non-residential properties (eg. hotel rooms, adapted commercial spaces, night shelters/hostels, etc)? Excluding those owned by housing associations such as PA Housing, Midland Heart, etc.

Yours faithfully,

Andrew Hill

Dear info-requests,

Hi Baljeet,
Please be advised, the 6 emails are 6 individual, seperate freedom of information requests as specified under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Therefore, I require them to be dealt with as such.

Therefore, to this end, please ensure that, when considering Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, it is done so per individual request, and not as a single request. To avoid any confusion, where all 6 requests may result in costs exceeding the appropriate limit if they were dealt with as a single request, they should not exceed the appropriate limit if they are dealt with individually.

For the avoidance of doubt:
the first email I sent is the first request I have made under the Freedom of Infomation Act 2000.
the second email I sent is the second request I have made under the Freedom of Infomation Act 2000.
the third email I sent is the third request I have made under the Freedom of Infomation Act 2000.
the fourthemail I sent is the fourth rst request I have made under the Freedom of Infomation Act 2000.
the fifth email I sent is the fifth request I have made under the Freedom of Infomation Act 2000.
the sixth email I sent is the sixth request I have made under the Freedom of Infomation Act 2000.

Again, to clarify, each email is an individual request made under the act referred to above. The reason I want to be sure to point this out is because you refer to the 6 emails in one communication that has been sent to me 6 times. So, I just want you to understand that each email is an individual request under the act, they are not the same request, nor should they be treated as part of the same request or related to any other request.

Yours sincerely,
Andrew Hill
