Mr D Ferguson (Ataliwyd y cyfrif)

Dear Sir or Madam,

How many former L.A.C Children have had their children removed by
social services, using the factor that the parents had previously
been in care and or abused as children and therefore are posing a
future risk of possible emotional abuse?

And why it seems to be becoming a common factor, what does
define a future risk of possible emotional abuse given the fact
that there is no possible way of detecting whether anyone poses a
future risk of possible emotional abuse, and why this is being used
for the excuse to also remove the children of former victims of
domestic violence and child abuse.

Yours faithfully,

Mr D Ferguson

House of Lords - Down Lisburn Health and Social Services Trust. Baroness Hale of Richmond. Judgement

34. There is, so far as the parties to this case are aware, no European jurisprudence questioning the principle of freeing for adoption, or indeed compulsory adoption generally. The United Kingdom is unusual amongst members of the Council of Europe in permitting the total severance of family ties without parental consent. (Professor Triseliotis thought that only Portugal and perhaps one other European country allowed this.) It is, of course, the most draconian interference with family life possible.

Although kinship placements are supposed to be the preferred option in this country, only 1 per cent. of social worker-instigated placements ended up with kinship carers, compared with 45 per cent. in Denmark, for example(EVIDENCE given in parliament June 16th 2008 by Tim Loughton MP shadow minister for children)

extension: if they do not hold this type of information, how can they claim to hold statistics on possibility over actual emotional abuse?

And please, to define emotional abuse as it stands in the judicial sense - what is emotional abuse, what are the thresholds? Am I committing emotional abuse if I keep my children in during a riot? If I let them out during a riot, am I being neglectful? Where is the line drawn between saying "no" (thereby causing emotional harm) and saying "yes" (thereby possibly commititng an act of criminal neglect)?

Mr D Ferguson (Ataliwyd y cyfrif)

Dear Jassal, Jasvinder,

Yes - an internal review is required and requested on 21st August; clearly no corporation is willing to take responsibility and your
corporation should hold figures; how else can the Public judge your public service.

Yours sincerely,

Mr D Ferguson

Will be interesting to see if Medway Family Court takes any notice of Lord Justice Thorpe and Lord Justice Wall's criticisms, the latter ordered his comments to be circulated to family courts and adoption agencies across the land.
(Could his comments be referring to the Law of the Land)

The Lords appear to recognize that there is a clear difference between the LAW and legal child kidnap; there cannot be Lawful child kidnap.

Dear Sir/Madam

Under Section 8(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, an applicant
must provide their real name for a request to be valid and fall under the scope of the Act. I have been looking at your past request and the use of aliases for outstanding requests for information namely...

Freedom of Information requests
I .Peroll CAF 236
D Ferguson CAF 242
S.Foster CAf 237
Ms Susan Web
Mr Brian Gerrish

I suspect that the name you use 'I Peroll' is not your real name and that you are in fact utilising the names of various people some involved in children's social work as listed above.

Cafcass will therefore not proceed to consider the above requests, or any
further requests for information by you, or deal with any requests for
review until you are able to provide me with authentic identification
which verifies who you are, for example an original utility bill
showing your full name and postal address.

On receipt of such evidence, I will progress your requests and will of course be happy to return any
documentation to you without keeping a copy on file.
If your name really is as stated I apologise in advance for any inconvenience that
providing proof of identity may cause you.

If you are unhappy with this decision, and object to providing proof
that you are using your real name, you can appeal to the Information
Commissioner, who oversees compliance with the Freedom of Information
Act 2000. Details of what you need to do, should you wish to pursue this
course of action, are available from the Information Commissioner's
website http://www.ico.gov.uk/

this just has to be the most obvious dodge ever.

*I* /will/ provide proof of my own identity and reiterate the original question in my own name if need be, if only to get answers out of CAFCASS.

To verify my identity all you need do is put on a search on facebook, my photograph is on there as well as contact numbers to several members of my family who will verify in writing I am who I say I am.

So, how many former LAC children have had their children removed by social services - and to add to the scope of this FOIA request, under what circumstances?

Mr D Ferguson (Ataliwyd y cyfrif)

Dear Jassal, Jasvinder,

A complaint has been forwarded to the Information Commissioner as your department is clearly trying to stop the public from gaining access to information.

Yours sincerely,

Mr D Ferguson
