How many complaints of judicial corruption has there been in the last 12 months

The request was partially successful.

Dear Judicial Conduct Investigations Office,

I would like to know how many judicial misconduct / corruption cases have been recorded in the last 12 months (from 30th June 2017 through to 1st July 2018):

How many of those complaints were upheld / investigated?

How many of those cases resulted in action being taken against a member of the Judiciary?

Yours faithfully,

LITIGIO LLP

Dear Judicial Conduct Investigations Office,
I guess therefore your FOI Act compliance is as good as your judicial misconduct investigation, i.e, absolutely non existent. Shocking failures in duty both in its service deceiving the public and in failing to respond to simple requests.

Dear Judicial Conduct Investigations Office,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Judicial Conduct Investigations Office's handling of my FOI request 'How many complaints of judicial corruption has there been in the last 12 months'.

The Authority has failed to comply with the FOI Act and has failed to respond nor to have provided reasoning for having failed to respond within the time limit imposed by the Act.

This does not surprise me, after my contacts with the Authority generally, I have found the staff to be obnoxious and they appear to make various excuses for failing to investigate complaints of judicial misconduct and investigations are completed by lay people that are not anywhere near experienced enough to conduct due diligence on cases of judicial misconduct. We are most disconcerted by the lack of service and accountability.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/h...

Yours faithfully,

LITIGIO LLP

Since Litigio LLP was wound up in July, how are they still pursuing FOIA requests?
