How many bulk free visitor parking permits have been issued?

Roedd y cais yn llwyddiannus.

Dear Cambridgeshire County Council,

Under what I believe is the current Traffic Regulation Order governing residents' parking schemes in Cambridge (https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/4... section 17.22 allows the County Council to issue bulk free visitor permits to the elderly and infirm.

Can you please tell me if the County Council has issued free visitor parking permits under the terms of this section and if so, how many such permits have been issued in each of the calendar years 2013-2018 ?

Yours faithfully,
