Whilst I appreciate your reply it goes nowhere near to answering my request.

My request was "How long does it take on average to re-sell a leasehold property."

The reason I asked in the first placed not only related to [extraneous personal information removed] but also because I am aware of other Orbit lease holders who have had lengthy delays with re-selling their properties due to slow renewal of their lease. At least one person had their sale fall through due to the slowness.

I am writing to request an internal review of Orbit Housing Association's handling of my FOI request 'How long does it take on average to re-sell a leasehold property'.

[ GIVE DETAILS ABOUT YOUR COMPLAINT HERE ]
I informed to Emma Carroll1 that I wished to raise a formal complaint but due to the link on Orbit's website not working was not able to find a copy of the complaints procedure. I was duly informed by Emma Carroll1 on 25/05/2021, 16:55 that "As previously advised and as you have requested details have been passed to our complaints team who will be in touch." This has not happened.

[personal information removed] I did ask for help in lodging a formal complaint via email.

Therefore I have asked the home ownership department directly about the average length of time it take to re-sell a leasehold property as I am aware that other sellers in Norfolk have had problems with Orbit and lease renewals and even one whose sale fell through and left her bankrupt (so I am told by the seller in question).

My FOI Act question has not been satisfactorily answered. All I have been to is that [extraneous material removed] [extraneous material removed]
