How is staffs medical status kept or shared within the trust
Dear Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust,
Could you please give me the details of how a staff members private medical history (I.e vaccination status from Covid-19) is shared within the trust.
Such as a member of staff who is in-vaccinated and has not declared their status (which is classed as medical privacy) this with HR or occupational health, would this information be shared with staff members management to be then asked?
