How can i STamp My ILR on my passport

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, UK Border Agency should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Iam an algerian living in uk ,I came to algria 2years ago on holiday and my passport e;xpired ,I renew it but they didn't let me enter ul till I get my ilr stampef on my passport,o went to the word bridge and uk embassy but they didn't want to do any thing for me,please iam asking for help it s been two years now I've lost my job in england.tell me whst to do iam waiting for ur reply.
