I refer to your request for information received on the 19th of November
2021 concerning Housing Stock EPC & Maintenance/Repairs

How many houses are in your current stock? 

There are currently 7,451 properties that Sutton Housing Partnership (SHP)
manage on behalf Sutton Council

How many of your properties have an EPC rating of D or below?
There are currently 2,468 properties with a D or below rating.

How many properties do not have an EPC?
Our recent stock condition survey provided Standard Assessment Procedure
(SAP) ratings for all of our tenanted properties and these have been used
to calculate the EPC ratings.

How many properties are of single-wall structure?
1,607 houses are of solid wall construction

What criteria do you use for repair/replacement of the following (e.g.
age, condition):

* Double Glazing is determined on Remaining Life/Current Property EPC rating

* Central Heating is determined on Remaining Life/Current Property EPC rating

* Tiled Roof is determined on Remaining Life/Current Property EPC rating

* Single-Wall Properties is determined on Remaining Life/Current Property EPC rating

If you are unhappy with the way in which your request has been handled you
have the right to ask for an internal review.  Please notify us in writing
as soon as possible with the grounds upon which you feel the appeal is
