I am looking to gather some information under FOI legislation. Could you please provide both the number and percentage of housing staff who hold a housing related qualification for each of the last 5 years up-to March 31 2017.

within the statutory timeframe of 20 working days.
If you are making a request for environmental information under EIRs we
will aim to respond within 20 working days. However for requests of a
complex nature it could take us up to 40 working days. If so we will write
and tell you this within 5 working days of receipt.
If you are making a request for information under DPA we will respond
within the statutory timeframe of 40 calendar days, following receipt of
the necessary fee.

We have undertaken a full search for the information which you have
requested, and I now write to confirm that this information is not held by
Unfortunately, Aberdeenshire Council does not maintain a full record of
employee qualifications – qualifications are checked before employment,
and a record is kept for only 6 months. However, we may be able to provide
you with an estimate of the current proportion of staff with a
housing-related qualification (based on records of staff completing a
housing-related course via our support scheme). If you think this would be
useful to you, please let me know.
