Housing Officer visits to Vulnerable Mentally disabled people
Dear Dales Housing,
What is the council policy for visiting Vulnerable and Mentally disabled tenants by housing officers on their own without consent or request from the Mentally Ill and Vulnerable tenant?
Are all Housing officer's who visit Vulnerable Mentally disabled tenants Enhanced DBS checked or at very least DBS checked?
Please giver proportions of visits to known Vulnerable or Mentally ill tenants by Housing officers including senior officers or representative's of the council that have had no DBS checks what so ever?
Yours faithfully,
Adam Sadler
