Please provide confirmation of the following;

A) The total number of applicants for Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction in the financial year 2018/2019 for the council.

B) The total number of applicants refused Housing Benefit and or Council Tax reduction in the financial year 2018/2019 for the council.

C) Confirm the local authority’s current protocols around determining and ensuring vulnerable applicants are supported.

C) Number of successful and unsuccessful appeals against refusal of Housing Benefit and Council Tax reduction in the financial year 2018/2019 and Council Tax benefit.

D) A copy of the Councils Council Tax Support Policy and relevant policy that ensures elimination of unlawful discrimination, harassment and victimisation of disabled applicants.

E) The total number of requests for additional information from applicants for Housing Benefit and Council Tax reduction in the financial year 2018/2019
