I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and
electronic records, I have established that HM Land Registry does not hold
the information you requested. We do not record the value of the property,
only the purchase price.
You may wish to contact the Valuation Office Agency who may be able to

an internal review within two months of the date of our reply. Internal
