Dear Financial Ombudsman Service Limited,

1. For the the financial years 2012-14 please would you kindly up to the end of the last year please may I request information relating to gifts, hospital irises and inducements given to employees?

2. How many FOI requests have been received by your organisation and how many have been declined?

3. Please detail the reasons for declining requests as the ICO will be interested in the pattern of behaviour your organisation.

This is clearly in the public interest and is neither vexatious nor part of any scheme to disrupt services. I note the request is not coming from a pseudonym but an interested party asking straight forward requests in keeping with the act.

I would be grateful if you would kindly send this information in the statutory timeframe prior to information commission referral and judicial review.
