Homeowners in arrears with payments

The request was partially successful.

Dear Kirklees Borough Council personnel,

I require data on homeowners that have fallen behind with the payments due to their mortgage lender.

They may have had a court hearing as consequence of arrears. Our organisation have experience and a long track record of acquiring properties quickly. Therefore would like to offer vendor's in the Kirklees area a solution with our service.

Whilst we are aware, the court hearings are public data and it can be requested. Therefore, please supply us with this data within the timescale requested.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,

Aziz Patel
