Dear Birmingham City Council,

1. What is the average time for the council to notify a decision on a request for a review under s202 Housing Act 1996?

2. What is the average time for notification of a homeless decision under s184 of the Act?

3. Is the "average time" calculated from the date of the request for homeless assistance or from the date recorded on the homeless application form?

4.Under what circumstances is a homeless appointment offered?

5. Under what circumstances will the council complete a homeless application on the same day as a request for homeless assistance?

6. What is the average wait for a homeless appointment (please provide a figure for each of the council's homeless Service Centres) for the following years: 2011, 2012, 2013,2014, 2015.

7. Disclose telephone numbers for each of the centres.

8. Disclose the council's policy for advising homeless applicants about the availability of temporary accommodation?

9. Disclose a copy of the council's homeless procedures manual or policy document followed by housing officers at each of the homeless service centres
