I am looking for data on home-owners that are behind on their mortgage payments.

They may have had a court hearing and have fallen into arrears.

I am looking to buy houses quickly in the area so I am looking to offer them a solution.

I understand the court hearings are public information so could you kindly provide me with the addresses of the houses at the court hearings.
