With the introduction of the Homeless Reduction Act in April 2018 Barnet Homes will need to provide more early intervention and prevention advice to households threatened with homelessness.

To help us do this the Housing Options Service is moving to an appointment only system from the 20th November 2017.

I am really disappointed that my question has yet to be answered although I had a response from you guys stating that it normally take 5working days to respond.
By law, as an authority who hold the information I have requested you should respond promptly and within the recommended time frame.
I will still be waiting for a response to my original FOI request.

I'm sorry for the delay in replying to you - I have no record of your original FOI request so I can't carry out a review/appeal. Can you please forward it again so I can deal with it - had I received it I would not have advised you would receive a response within 5 working days as the statutory time limit for FOIs is 20 working days.
