Dear East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust,

I would like to ask how many hoax 999 ambulance calls were received in 2020 and how many hours were wasted on these hoax calls, again in 2020.

How much these hoax calls costed ??

Would you be able to tell me also which locations you were called to if possible?

Yours faithfully,

Amneet
