the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and it is our intention to respond to

Dear Charlie,

The Trust is currently processing your request which has been allocated the following reference: 23682, please quote this reference in any future correspondence with the Trust.

The Trust is unable to provide only 999 calls pre ARP (Ambulance Response Programme) which was introduced in October 2017. We are able to provide 2 years on 999 calls only, for the previous year we are able to offer calls which exclude 111 if this is acceptable?

The areas you have provided below appear to be district councils. Unfortunately the Trusts system does not hold information by councils. If these areas can be built up using Electoral Wards and you are able to provide a set of lists for these the Trust may be able to construct groups to build these and provide you with the figures for these areas.

Once we have received your clarification, the 20 working days will begin and we will continue to process your request. Please note that if we do not receive a response from you within 20 days the Trust will determine that you no longer require this information and will close your request.
Kind Regards

FoI Officer
East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust
