Graeme Bickerdike

Dear Sir/Madam

NH has recently claimed to have an email from Eden District Council dated 28 May 2021 in which EDC asks that "you do not commence with the [Great Musgrave bridge infill] works until such time as we have made this assessment".

This email - and any others that form that of the same chain - should have been included in your response to my request of 11 April 2022, but it is missing.

Please review your response and provide copies of any emails dated between 1 May 2021 and 14 June 2021 (the latter being the date of the earliest email you have already provided).

Yours faithfully

Graeme Bickerdike

Dear Sir/Madam

Dear Mr Bickerdike

Thank you for your request for internal review below:

NH has recently claimed to have an email from Eden District Council dated
28 May 2021 in which EDC asks that "you do not commence with the [Great
Musgrave bridge infill] works until such time as we have made this
assessment".
This email - and any others that form that of the same chain - should have
been included in your response to my request of 11 April 2022, but it is
missing.
Please review your response and provide copies of any emails dated between
1 May 2021 and 14 June 2021 (the latter being the date of the earliest
email you have already provided).

I have reviewed the response and discussed the issue with the responsible
staff member.  She believed that you had already been provided with the
correspondence mentioned above.  In the original response to your request
reference was made to correspondence you had already been provided with by
Eden Council.

Since we do hold the information you are now specifically requesting from
National Highways, I have provided this to you in attachment.

Yours sincerely
