Hindhead Tunnel A3 - speed limit reduction logs or records

The request was partially successful.

Dear Highways England Company Limited,

Could you please provide me with the 'speed reduction' logs or other similar records for when the 70 MPH speed limit on the Hindhead Tunnel on the A3 has been reduced to 40 MPH?

To assist you, I only require the information from the last 3 years and such a reduction would be at the request of:

i) Contractors for maintenance or repair of the carriageway or tunnel?

ii) Requests by the Police and the reasons for that request?

iii) Requests by any other emergency service (Fire and Ambulance)?

Yours faithfully,

John Peters
