The name of the contractor engaged by KCC to maintain roads i.e. the current Highways Term Maintenance Contractor

2. The tender information insofar as it related to pothole repairs and the general sate of roads

3. The extract from the contract that details the contractor’s responsibilities for patching and small resurfacing services – i.e. pothole repairs and patching of the highway

4. The current contractor’s incoming report about road conditions i.e. any and all due diligence inspections, pre-risk surveys or similar

5. The number of potholes currently reported and unrepaired together with the date they were reported

6. The Council’s process for conveying the information about potholes to their contractor

For the past 2 years:

7. The notification and repair statistics to include, but not restricted to:

a. Date of notification
b. Date of repair

8. All correspondence between the Council and the contractor in respect of potholes for the last 2 years
