High rise blocks in Wood Vale - Major Works programme 2014

We're waiting for Nick Homewood to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Lewisham Homes,

In light of the recent disaster at Grenfell Tower I am writing to request information under the FOIA about the Major Works Programme in 2014 and specifically the repairs to the concrete on the two blocks numbers 182-244 and numbers 270-332 Wood Vale.

More specifically I would like the following:

1) Surveys and all reports on the condition and safety of the building before the work commenced.

2) The make and type of concrete/concrete panels used in the construction of the building. e.g. Wimpey no-fines, Reema Conclad, Laing easiform.

3) All detail of the repairs carried out to the concrete panels on the side elevations of the two buildings.

4) All guarantees of the work or reports showing how long the repairs should last before the next repairs are expected.

5) All Survey reports and Certificates after the work was completed.
