Heygate estate Development Partnership Agreement variations
Dear Southwark Council,
On 23 July 2010, Southwark signed a Development Partnership Agreement with Lendlease for the redevelopment of the Heygate estate.
In 2013, this agreement was accidentally published by the Council:
https://www.24housing.co.uk/yournews/blu...
A full unredacted copy of the agreement remains available online here:
https://southwarknotes.files.wordpress.c...
I request to know how many variations to this agreement have been made since it was signed in July 2010 and request a copy of any such variations - along with any associated meeting notes, minutes or communications.
Yours faithfully,
Jerry Flynn
