2. Do you have budget in place to replace or upgrade any of these heat
networks?

replacement schedule?
4. Do you have a fuel poverty strategy applicable to your housing stock
and if so can you please share this?
5. How do you procure heating consultancy support? If applicable, which
industry frameworks do you use?

GCH can respond as follows:

1. We manage two systems, Westgate and St Pauls Court; GCH confirms that
it complies with the Regulation.

2. Yes, we have budget to replace all systems when they reach the end of
their life

3. The Asset Management Team at GCH

4.Our Asset Management strategy measures to combat fuel poverty

5. We procure all consultancy in line with our Procurement Policy and
Procedure. Where applicable we will procure using the OJEU Regulation
framework.

Schedule 1 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000; we are therefore not
