Could you please confirm the following:

1. How many communal and district heat networks do the council manage?
2. Have you notified all applicable communal or district heating networks as per the requirements of the Heat Network Metering and Billing Regulations 2014 - if so how many?
3. Are you able to publish your notification?
4. Do you have plans to replace or upgrade any of these networks in the next 18 months?
5. Do you have a heat network replacement schedule in place?
